RELEASE EMAILS.
If you join the release list, we store your email address, signup date, signup page and the version of the signup notice you agreed to. We use this for G-SPOT release updates.
The list is held in the project’s Supabase service in Sydney, Australia. It is not a public directory and visitors cannot read subscriber records. To have your address removed or corrected, contact G-SPOT on Instagram. We keep release-list details until you ask us to remove them or the list is retired.
Submission controls use a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the release-list table.
BROWSING & MAPS.
Hosting and network providers process connection details such as IP addresses and requested pages to deliver the website. Our page code does not add advertising pixels, session recording or visitor analytics.
Images, fonts and project films are served with the site. The street map loads from OpenStreetMap only when you select “Load street map”; that request shares normal connection information with its provider. External links open services with their own privacy practices.
COLOUR DRAFTS.
The optional colour tools save draft names, colours and artwork references on this browser when you select “Save on this browser”. They are not uploaded to a player account. Remove them in the tools or clear this website’s browser data.
The tools can request the public starter catalogue from Supabase. Your draft name and colour selections are not sent in that catalogue request.
QUESTIONS & REQUESTS.
Contact Advision Publishments Pty Ltd through the G-SPOT Instagram account for access, correction, removal or privacy questions. Include the email address involved so we can find the relevant signup. Please do not send passwords or identity documents.
The Android app is a separate product. Its camera, location and account information will be covered by an app-specific notice before public release.
